Warranty policy

The warranty is void in the following cases:

• Tampering with the device and causing intentional damage to it.
• The serial number on the device is not clear or does not match the data recorded on the warranty website.
• Changing the engine and installing the device on a new engine or another car.
• The warranty period is 24 months from the date of installation registered on the platform. The warranty includes only devices registered on the Dimension Scope website www.dscope.sa through the approved installation centers spread throughout the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
• You must ensure that the vehicle is ready and that the gasoline cycle is completely clean before installing the device.
• You can return or exchange the product within 3 days from the date of receipt through approved transportation partners.
• The products to be returned must be in their original condition.
• The refund is processed after the product arrives in stock by approved transportation partners and after ensuring its safety.
